Algarve Delights – Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Conditions
- Maximum participants: 8 people
- Bookings can be made up to 10 hours before the activity starts, subject to availability
- Specific conditions (such as minimum participants or format) are indicated on each activity page
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 24 hours after booking and more than 72 hours before the activity → eligible for a 75% refund (a 25% service fee applies)
- Other cancellations are non-refundable
- In the unlikely event that Algarve Delights cancels an activity due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, participants may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to another date
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Activities start promptly at the scheduled time
- Late arrivals or no-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable
Changes by Participants
- Changes to the booking (e.g., participant name, contact, or date) must be requested at least 48 hours before and are subject to availability
Safety & Conduct
- Participants must follow instructions at all times to ensure safety and respect toward venues and local regulations
- Algarve Delights reserves the right to refuse participation or request that a guest leave the activity if they behave inappropriately or disrupt the experience. No refund will be provided in such cases
